ADMISSIONS

At Backbay School, we’ve made our admissions process simple, transparent, and convenient for all parents. Follow these easy steps to secure your child’s place in our vibrant learning community:

Admission Procedure

Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form

Fill in the Student Online Application Form OR physical form at the school with accurate details about your child and parent/guardian contacts.

Step 2: Receive Your Student Code

After submitting the form, you will receive a unique Student Code via WhatsApp or email. This code identifies your child’s application in our system.

Step 3: Pay the Admission Fee

Use the Student Code to pay the non-refundable admission fee of UGX 100,000 via Mobile Money. This confirms your child’s application.

Step 4: Submit Required Documents

Deliver the following documents to the school office:

  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate

  • Latest report card or progress report (for Primary applicants)

  • Two passport-sized photos

  • Parent/Guardian National ID copy

Step 5: Interview or Assessment (Where Applicable)

Some applicants may be invited for an age-appropriate interview.
A guided tour of the school and facilities will also be arranged.

Step 6: Admission Confirmation

Once the process is complete, parents will receive an official Admission Letter confirming placement and next steps — including uniform details, term dates, and orientation information.
